Delete your account yourself
If you have a MenFem account, the fastest route is the self-serve deletion flow at menfem.com/my-account/delete. It removes your personal data and tells you exactly what is retained for legal record-keeping. What we collect in the first place is described in our privacy policy.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you subscribed to the newsletter without an account, or believe we hold any other personal information about you, you can request deletion by following these steps:
Step 2: Provide Information
Include in your email:
- The email address you used for any subscriptions
- Specific data you want deleted (if known)
- Any other relevant information
Step 3: Verification & Processing
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Newsletter Unsubscribe
For newsletter subscriptions, you can also unsubscribe directly using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email. This will immediately remove your email from our mailing list.
Response Time
We will respond to data deletion requests within:
- 3 business days: Initial acknowledgment of your request
- 30 days: Complete processing and confirmation
What Gets Deleted
Upon request, we will delete:
- Your email address from our newsletter database
- Any personal information we may have collected
- Associated preferences and settings
