Four models out of Claude Design, and what each one becomes on the way to a page: a still under one warm key, its layers, a turn, a live object, and an edit.

Live

On a mouse you can drag it round. Left alone — and on a phone, where the drag is off — it turns itself at four degrees a second and settles. A reader who has asked for less motion gets the Blender still instead, and so does a browser with no WebGL: the still is the same picture, standing still.

Layers

These were photographs first — generated to the house prompt with Seedream, cut out with BiRefNet, and floated at three depths. The tower is the object; the crane and the van pass in front of it.

Treatment

The same tower model through an ordered Bayer dither at three pixels a cell. The scene is collapsed to grey before the dots are laid, so what survives is ink on paper and the shape of the thing.

In the edit

The same GLB imported natively into After Effects 2026 and turned by a camera on an orbit rig: the house lens — 50 mm on a 36 mm frame — depth of field on at f/5.6, one full turn every twelve seconds. The object never rotates; only the rig does. These are eight frames off that render, which is the only proof that counts in After Effects.
